Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located on a main road connecting major attractions in Kuala Lumpur, but I found the experience quite lackluster overall. The rooms could use serious upgrades and cleanliness was a big concern for me. The breakfast was passable and the staff were polite, which I appreciated, but the noise from the road was bothersome at night. Overall, it's hard to say this was value for money.
The hotel offers a mixed experience; while it's budget-friendly and the family room is spacious, the overall condition of the facilities feels outdated. Wi-Fi is strong and reliable, but there are some cleanliness issues and a lack of attentiveness from the staff. Also, the dining options are quite limited, which can be a letdown for guests.
My stay at this hotel was far from enjoyable. The rooms were dirty, and I had issues with the air conditioning not working properly, which made for an uncomfortable stay. Additionally, the service left a lot to be desired; I often had to chase down staff for basic needs. On the upside, the rooms were spacious enough, but the overall experience was disappointing, especially given the price.
I had high expectations for the Grand Pacific, but the experience was quite disappointing. The hotel felt more like a budget accommodation than a grand one, with cleanliness being a major issue. On the brighter side, the hot water in the bathroom was consistent, and breakfast was adequately decent. I wouldn't recommend it based on my stay, though, as it left much to be desired.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed bag for me. While the room was decent and offered good value for the price I paid, the experience was marred by the lack of friendly service and noisy surroundings. The location is convenient, but the lack of proper amenities and poor service makes it hard for me to recommend this place wholeheartedly.
